MEETING / INCENTIVE TRAVEL

The Sundance / Tzell Travel Group maintains a separate division to service group travel. Our services include:

• Formulating group and meeting policies
• Determining budgets and staffing
• Selecting destination
• Selecting property
• Negotiating with airlines and hotels for group rates
• Coordinating overall program, including A/V, food and beverage, etc.
• Analyzing budget
• Communicating information
• Web Registration Services
• Customized itinerary and information profile
• Accounting and reconciliation functions

Sundance is capable of planning and executing the entire project with every attention to detail: banquets, hotels, ground transportation, media equipment, etc. Or, if preferred, we will work with your meeting planners in negotiation “air only” as a means to substantially reduce airfare costs. You would determine the extent of Sundance / Tzell Travel Group’s involvement. We would, therefore, offer consultative and operationall support to your meeting planners in three functional areas:

Air Management and Ticketing: Furnishing a full array of air travel services, including quality controlled reservations, and ticketing, as well as accumulation of earned free tickets and management of blocked space.

Meeting Planning On-Site Facilitation Support:

Pre and Post Account Management: Providing prior to meeting a complete budget analysis, reviewing and maintaining all aspects of the account, as well as supplying you, our client, with a detailed account of expenditures after the meeting.

Sundance Meetings & Incentives will also provide site inspections and our group travel specialists will negotiate with the appropriate suppliers on your behalf for the best pricing.
