Nancy Wolfe - President
Nancy has a BS degree in Business Management, with a minor in Psychology and Economics from Portland State University. She is fluent in French, Italian, Arabic, Amharic (Ethiopian), and English. Today, Sundance Travel is considered one of the larger independently owned agencies in Arizona; open 24/7, offering Airport Parking and Shuttle. Our parking lot allows space for 350 cars. Nancy is involved in the day-to-day operation of Sundance Travel. Nancy started Sundance Travel in July 1979, and the agency grew to 10 branch offices, six in Phoenix, and 4 in San Diego, with 64 employees. Since 9/11, Sundance Travel has combined all locations into one main branch at the Phoenix Airport. This consolidation of resources has made Sundance stronger and more profitable. Most of Sundance Travel’s staff has been with the company since its inception. Nancy has served on the boards of several charities in Phoenix including Easter Seals, Cystic Fibrosis, Social Venture Partners of Arizona, and several other community charities. |

Charlotte Downing - General Manager Charlotte has been with Sundance Travel for 29 years. As an agent, her area of expertise includes both business and leisure travel. She was Branch Manager for Sundance Travel and became our General Manager in 1999. While she has extensive experience in all aspects of the travel industry, with her dedication and experience, she is able to assist people with the highest level of service. Her depth of knowledge in the travel industry has helped her work with clients and deal with the vast array of travel issues facing our industry. One of her strengths is her ability to solve problems and reach win-win solutions.

Miki McNichols - Sundance Meetings & Incentive Manager Miki has over 30 years experience in the travel industry and has been employed with Sundance Travel for 24 years. She has served in several capacities including accounting, corporate agent, leisure agent, and branch manager. Miki has been actively involved in many aspects of the travel industry including reservations for corporate, leisure, and groups, contract negotiations, sales, training and management. She believes the way to keep clients happy is by providing great customer service and being responsive to the issues and concerns of her clients.

Vickie Moseley - Accounting Manager Vickie has been in the travel industry over 25 years. Working as a Corporate and Leisure group agent for over 18 years, Vickie came to Sundance as a Corporate agent before being promoted to Our Accounting Department as Manager. She is proficient in TRAMS, EXCEL, MS WORD and all aspects of travel reporting.

Bonnie Root - Leisure Travel Division Bonnie has been in the travel industry for 34 years and has been employed with Sundance Travel for 15 years. She is highly knowledgeable in both domestic and international leisure travel. Bonnie has traveled extensively and she is a cruise specialist.

Kristine Lovell - Senior Travel Counselor Kristine started in the travel industry with American Airlines in 1990. In her 20 plus years of travel she has owned her own travel agency, booked leisure and corporate travel, worked with American Express Centurion cardholders and has traveled many places. She has experience
with three different reservation systems, sold International and Domestic travel, booked groups, and worked
with some great VIP accounts for 28 different companies.

May Bonner - Leisure/Group Travel Division May has been in the travel industry for 30 years, 6 years of airline experience and 24 years as a travel consultant. She has been with Sundance Travel for 10 years. May has traveled extensively, is knowledgeable in all aspects of leisure travel. She specializes in groups and is an international travel specialist

Kathe Thorbourne - Corporate Travel Consultant - Domestic and International Kathe has been in the travel industry for 9 years and came highly recommended to Sundance Travel. She is experienced in domestic and international travel.

Robert Oliver - Front Line Travel Consultant Swing Shift Robert has been a travel agent for over 25 years and has been employed by Sundance Travel for 17 years. He has traveled in 27 countries with particular emphasis on Europe and Latin America. His specialty is researching obscure or difficult destinations for our clients. Robert also speaks Spanish.

Jessie Zaki - Clerical Staff Assistant Jessie has been with Sundance Travel for 12 years. She fills an important role here in that she is available to assist all of the staff in fulfilling their many and varied duties. She is an invaluable asset to the Sundance Family.

Xavier Bustamante - Front Line Travel Consultant Swing Shift Xavier has over 20 years experience in the travel industry both as an airlines flight attendant, airlines ticketing agent, and travel agent. He has been with Sundance Travel for the past two years. |

Christine J. (CJ) Horak - I have been in the travel industry since 1994. I moved to Dallas after high school and I went to school at the International Aviation and Travel Academy in Dallas, TX. I started my career in a Retail agency that serviced both leisure and corporate travel. In 1996 I moved back to the phoenix area and have been here ever since. I have worked in leisure and corporate agencies as well as on the wholesale side with an Air Consolidator where I specialized in travel to Asia South Pacific. I currently handle it all, from working with large corporate accounts to helping honeymooners. |

Brian -
I've been in the travel industry for 13 years. I graduated from American Express Travel School. I have specialized in Tours and Cruises for individuals and groups during my time in the travel industry. I'm a specialist for Australia, Walt Disney Travel, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Oceania Cruises, and Princess Cruises. I have travel extensively doing both land vacations and cruises.
